We started with appeals. The work showed us where else teams needed help.

    Just Appeals began with a clear problem: healthcare teams were spending too much time researching and writing appeals while patients waited.

    Working with provider organizations showed us that the problem started earlier. Missing information caused denials. Clinicians entered peer-to-peer calls unprepared. Clinical and revenue teams worked in separate systems.
